Services include wellness, sick visits, x-ray, labs, DOT/sports/camp physicals. Our knowledgeable s Also offer weight loss, antiaging and hormone replacement!

We offer primary care with convenient evening and weekend appointments available, we also offer urgent care services, walk in's welcome Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm. Urgent care services include but are not limited to: sick office visits, x-rays, injuries including broken bones, lacerations (including stitches, glue, staples) and blood work. X-rays and lab work are performed on site so you don't have to make multiple stops! DOT exams performed by DOT certified providers on staff. Sports physicals/camp physicals.

I guess we are a one stop shop❤️

We would like to congratulate the new Mr. & Mrs. Donnie Lopez on their marriage. Donnie is the dad of Sam Miller, one of our Nurse Practitioners. Donnie and Debra stopped in the office this morning and were married by Samantha’s husband, Minister James Miller. A first for Prompt Care. We wish the new married couple years of happiness and love.
