My mission is to empower others, ignite inspiration, and always be a place where all people feel valued, encouraged and supported. I am passionate about CrossFit and a healthy lifestyle. I want to share my passion and expertise to help others find their self-confidence and inner strength, the way I have. CUU is dedicated to helping you meet your health and fitness goals through CrossFit training and an individualized habit-based Nutrition Coaching program. Our expert coaches get to know YOU the individual, all in a warm and welcoming community environment ideal for all ages and ability levels. We will meet you where you are at. I firmly believe that the CrossFit methodology and philosophy, proper nutrition and strong social connections build confidence, promotes physical and mental well-being and increases stamina in daily life. This makes everyday activities easier and as an added bonus...we look and feel better in our own skin! CUU is THE place for the underdog. Robbie has progressive Muscular Sclerosis. He comes in determined and ready for a challenge every single session. In just a couple of months working with Coach Amy, he's built the strength to stand longer, stand taller, and keep his balance.

**This is what we're all about: independence and longevity.**

MS doesn't define what you can doโ€”it's just another challenge to work around. Robbie is proof that you can build strength, improve balance, and enhance your quality of life. And we guarantee you'll have fun and be supported doing it.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 ยผ cup Light Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Pinch Of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Scoop high quality Chocolate Protein Powder

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or a jar until combined.
2. Keep mixing until the chia pudding starts to thicken slightly to prevent it from clumping!
3. Then place the chia seeds covered in the fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours to set.
4. Eat alone or with whatever toppings you like.

Meet Georgeโ€”local firefighter, veteran, and absolute legend at CUU! George embodies everything we love about our community: a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand, and constantly inspiring those around him with his dedication and humility.

What makes George truly special? He's receptive to coaching, works tirelessly on perfecting his form, and isn't afraid to tackle new movements (hello, Toes to Bar!). He's crushing it not just in his age group category, but competing with athletes YEARS youngerโ€”and often outrunning most of us in the process! ๐Ÿ’ช

Beyond the PRs and the gains, George is building genuine friendships and making CUU feel like the family it is. His positive attitude and willingness to push himself every single day sets the bar high for all of us.
