My mission is to empower others, ignite inspiration, and always be a place where all people feel valued, encouraged and supported. I am passionate about CrossFit and a healthy lifestyle. I want to share my passion and expertise to help others find their self-confidence and inner strength, the way I have. CUU is dedicated to helping you meet your health and fitness goals through CrossFit training and an individualized habit-based Nutrition Coaching program. Our expert coaches get to know YOU the individual, all in a warm and welcoming community environment ideal for all ages and ability levels. We will meet you where you are at. I firmly believe that the CrossFit methodology and philosophy, proper nutrition and strong social connections build confidence, promotes physical and mental well-being and increases stamina in daily life. This makes everyday activities easier and as an added bonus...we look and feel better in our own skin! CUU is THE place for the underdog. It is for me and it is for those of you who have known struggles, continue to struggle or need a place where you are accepted and welcomed as you are. I hope you find that our community is unlike any gym you have been to before.

Some members show up and work hard. Some members bring energy. Some members care deeply about the community.
Jen and Adam? They do all three.
If you've been to a 4 o'clock class, you know Adam's legendary roll callโ€”"LET'S GO 4 O'CLOCK!" It's the battle cry that gets everyone fired up and ready to work. And work he does, crushing massive PRs on his deadlifts and presses that keep the rest of us chasing our own goals.
Jen has transformed into an absolute powerhouseโ€”strong, mighty, and inspiring to watch. Her dedication and grit remind us all what's possible when you stay consistent and push your limits.
๐Ÿ”ฅThese two are incredible athletes๐Ÿ”ฅ, but here's what really sets this couple apart: their heart ๐Ÿ’š for our community. Whether they're cheering you through that last brutal round, bringing bananas to fuel the class (yes, really!), or just showing up with smiles and encouragement, they make our gym better simply by being here.

-2 cups butternut squash (peeled and cut into cubes)
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-2/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
-Optional: dash cayenne

๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Place aluminum foil on one large baking sheet
3. Mix the cinnamon and salt together
4. Toss the butternut squash cubes into the olive oil, then into the seasoning mixture until they are well coated
5. Evenly spread out coated butternut squash on the baking sheet in a thin layer
6. Place the baking sheet in the oven
7. Cook for 20-25 minutes and then flip
8. Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly brown and the centers are tender
