December is moving a little slower around here - and we’re letting it. 🤍

For this season, Living Kula is down to Saturdays only. Fewer classes, more space. Space for rest, for quiet mornings, for listening inward, for last-minute plans and doing nothing at all.

This month feels less about pushing and more about pausing. If you’re craving gentle movement, grounding, and a soft place to land, Saturdays are still here for you. The rest of the week? Wide open on purpose. 🫶🏽

This morning we moved, breathed, and gathered among the lush, living landscape at 🌴🌀

So much care, intention, and devotion is poured into this space 🫶🏽 it feels only natural to meet it with the same care for our own bodies.

Intentional movement, shared presence, community… and of course a delicious hot drink from to seal the experience ☕

Grateful to practice in places that nourish us from the inside out. 🙏🏼

I’m so tired… I think I need water 🌊

This February we’re heading to Puerto Rico for a women’s retreat filled with yoga, ocean time, rainforest exploring, laughter, grounding, and deep exhale moments.

Sun on your skin. Salt in your hair. Space in your nervous system.

Ever wonder what yoga is ACTUALLY good for? 🧠

Here’s what happens when you step on the mat:
• Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting the body out of fight-or-flight
•Reduces cortisol levels, supporting stress regulation and hormonal balance
•Improves heart-rate variability (HRV), a key indicator of emotional resilience
•Enhances proprioception, helping the body sense alignment, balance, and movement
•Increases synovial fluid circulation, nourishing joints and improving mobility
•Strengthens stabilizing muscles that support posture and spinal health
•Boosts oxytocin, the “connection” and bonding hormone — especially in community settings
•Supports neuroplasticity, helping the brain build healthier patterns of attention and awareness

Yoga isn’t just stretching 🫶🏽 it’s a full-body, full-brain regulation practice. 🌀

🌀 Interest Check! 🌀
I’m dreaming up a women-only Living Kula Adventure Retreat in Puerto Rico — February 12–16, 2025… and I’m gathering interest before finalizing the details. 🌿🌺

Think:
• El Yunque rainforest exploration + hike to a waterfall
• A full day on Vieques (beach, nature, wild horses)
• Daily movement
• All group transportation (van, gas, ferry logistics — fully planned + covered)
• A warm, supportive sisterhood in the middle of winter

🍽 Not included:
Flights, meals, and personal spending — so you have flexibility to choose what works for you.

💸 Price Estimate:
$600–$800 per person, depending on group size.
(More people = lower cost for everyone.)
This covers lodging, transportation, and all curated group activities.

🌺 If you’re interested…
Send me a message or comment below so I can begin gathering numbers and narrowing down exact pricing.
This isn’t a commitment — just seeing who feels called to a warm, soul-nourishing winter escape.

Would love to adventure with you. 🌞
