We had a blast hiking and sightseeing at Thunder Rocks! 🥾⛰️

We always love this park🫶🏼 All the rock formations are just awesome. Thanks to all the members who showed up!

Next Weekend: We’re doing an Easter Egg Hunt at Mossy Bank Park! 🐣 Come join us!

AIR Livingston has been buzzing with activity lately. From group hikes to crochet with Amy (watch for it on our Livingston calendar every Friday), there’s always something happening.

We’ve also got exciting plans in the works—sound bowl healing (TBD)!!!
Art classes on Thursdays, creative writing sessions on Tuesdays, and fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday, Yoga on Wednesday, plus much more!!

With so many fun activities, it’s hard to keep
up—but that just means there’s something for everyone.
