Cold and flu season is in full swing.... unfortunately.... and we'd like to take this time to remind you that if you aren't feeling well or if you have any cold or flu symptoms, please contact your therapist to reschedule your appointment!! Not only does this keep your therapist and the other clients here from getting sick, it also helps you. Receiving a massage or facial when you're sick can make all your symptoms feel worse and let's be honest..... no one wants that!

So with that being said, Sarah has 2 last minute cancelations this week:
