Did you know acupuncture is great for stress relief? Overall mental health? With all the reasons to be stressed today, there are things we can do for ourselves. A little nap-time in a chair with some pins (I know! who’d of thought?) can relax you, help you move out of stagnation, and reset you to help you take on the rest of your life:) Give it a try. I promise it doesn’t hurt🙂.
