Although it hasn’t been a full year, there is so much to celebrate as we close out 2025. In just the last six months, we’ve accomplished a lot together.
Opening our doors under the EXPAND brand in June. Making meaningful upgrades to the space with new floors, fresh paint, and finishing touches. Installing our infrared sauna, The Ember Room. Introducing new class formats and welcoming new teachers in August. Launching our official schedule in September with 30 classes per week. Celebrating our grand opening and ribbon cutting in October. Hosting our first two wellness workshops this fall, a holiday fair this month, and welcoming so many new faces into our space 😊
Our EXPAND community is growing, and I want to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for showing up. Not just on your mat, but for everything we are creating here, together. And thank you for trusting me on this journey. Every decision I make is rooted in care, intention, and a deep desire to create what is truly best for this community. I don’t take that trust lightly, and I am so grateful for it.
I am incredibly proud of each and every one of you who continues to show up, stay committed to your practice, and make this space what it is. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to offer a welcoming, inclusive space for all bodies and all levels to breathe, move, heal, and connect.
As this year comes to a close, may what you’re ready to release fall away with ease.
May the new year bring you exactly what you need… clarity when you’re unsure, strength when you’re tired, and trust in the path you’re already on.
And may what you’re quietly hoping for find its way to you, in the right timing, for your highest good.
