Is your son or daughter on the autism spectrum having a hard time learning to ride a bike?
You’re not alone—and we’re here to help!
This hands-on, supportive bike-riding clinic is designed for children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities, along with their siblings, ages 5 and up.
The 19th annual ASC bike clinic will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. You can sign up for this free event!
With the encouragement of skilled, patient volunteers, children will practice bike riding at their own pace in a positive, welcoming environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy a fun, healthy, outdoor activity—all while families connect and feel supported.
Come ride, learn, and celebrate every success together!
Please bring your bike and helmet, helmets are mandatory!
Please removed training wheels at home.

The Northeast Arc’s Autism Support Center(ASC) opened in 1991 and has been helping parents and professionals who need assistance finding information and support about autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ever since. The Center is directed by aParent Advisory Committee comprised of parents of children with ASD. The ASC is funded in part by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The Autism Support Center empower families affected by ASD by providing current, accurate, and unbiased information about autism,services,referrals,resources, and research trends.
