I specialize in exploring what lies beneath the underbelly of anxiety.

Often, it is emotions that have not been felt & released.

As a child, if you were not modeled how to feel your feelings or it wasn’t safe for you to express your feelings, it will often show up as anxiety.

It’s time to step out of your comfort zone. To listen to that whisper of your soul.

Can we break the cycle of shaming our body? Rejecting our body? Our children are watching. Let’s model loving our body. Nurturing our body. Moving our body because is feels good. Getting out of the constant chatter of our minds, connecting with our body is truly a fundamental practice of healing, aligning mind•body•spirit. Try this breath pattern for 1 minute: inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 2 and exhale out your mouth for 6. Let me know ⬇️ how did that feel?

Authenticity is a practice, choosing you, over & over again!
I started my healing journey by making one small promise to myself each day. My current promise to myself, is 15 minutes of stillness, connecting with my breath, connecting with my body & listening to my soul. When I start my day doing this, I practice self trust, I meet my needs first,before entering the day and meeting everyone else’s needs. It helps me to get out of auto pilot & live my day with intention. So many benefits!

Midlife joy & adventure:

We went on an adventure yesterday, we drove to the top of a mountain on ATV’s.

It was scary & I was shaking at the start of the tour.

Then I got more confident.
I trusted myself that I could do it
I relaxed
I had a blast & was screaming with JOY as I careened down the mountain

When we go outside our comfort zone, it can be hard. I used to let the feeling of discomfort stop me from FULLY living life.

In midlife, I am being more intentional of doing things that bring more adventure & joy in my life. To live fully alive & less on autopilot.

Nature is a place I go to quiet my mind, connect with my body & listen to my soul.

Nature absolutely soothes my soul.

I love the ocean & mountains. I’m truly blessed to live in New England, where I have access to both.

Do you prioritize rest?

When I was living in survival mode, where my nervous system was on overdrive, I had a really hard time slowing down.

What I have learned on my healing journey is: the magic is in the pause

Yes, it was uncomfortable

Yes, I had to learn to feel my feelings

Yes, I had to learn to let go & surrender, listen to my body, nurture myself

As I began to rest, heal & listen to my soul, everything in my life started to change

💫My relationships got better
💫My health improved
💫I began to love my body
💫I live with more joy & pleasure
💫My parenting was more connected & less stressful
💫My business flourished & I expanded my impact to help other women live fully ALIVE

I encourage you to prioritize rest. Our mind & body so deeply crave it.

I am taking a week off to rest, restore & renew! The mountains are calling me.

I find being in nature soothes my soul.

Identifying & replacing negative self talk is a foundational practice in healing.

Take a moment to write down your negative self talk that keeps you stuck. Often this self talk can be traced back to someone else’s beliefs & were never yours to begin with.

Take a moment to choose new thoughts that align with your true self.

Be on the look out when the negative self talk appears & delete it. Choose to hold onto the new affirming thought & in time you will internalize a new belief that will support you in creating the life YOU want to live.

Are you in midlife?

Beginning to recognize that you have been living life on autopilot? You are not alone, most of us are living a life that is conditioned.

The first step is becoming a conscious observer of your thoughts. Write them down. Examine them. Get curious.

Where did these thoughts, attitudes & beliefs come from? You can begin to let go of the ones that no longer serve you.

This is the process that I did to dismantle my old patterns of being & begin to consciously create the relationships, health, parenting & business that fulfill me.

I used to have a love/hate relationship with them. Until, I started being intentional & co-creating my life.

If you feel stuck, I have found this exercise helpful.

You see, if we want to see change in life, we need to let go of our past conditioning that is keeping us stuck.
