I know exhaustion.
The kind that doesn’t go away with rest.
I know achievement addiction — when success becomes how you feel safe, worthy, enough.
And I know the strange emptiness after reaching a goal…
No joy. Just the next thing.
That’s a wound we don’t talk about.
Because on the outside, it looks like “doing great.”
Burnout doesn’t come from doing too much.
It comes from never letting success land in the body.
Healing isn’t about losing ambition.
It’s about teaching your nervous system that joy is safe — and rest doesn’t have to be earned.
If this hit, you’re not broken.
You learned how to survive.
And you can learn how to receive.
