What I LOVE about storms ❄️

The way the earth grows quiet.
The way everything slows.
The permission to deeply rest.

Rest is sacred 🤍

Did you know that during periods of high emotional stress, our bodies deprioritize key gut functions? Digestion only functions optimally in a regulated (parasympathetic) state. When the body is in fight-or-flight, digestion, absorption, and gut repair are deprioritized. This is why emotional regulation is so important: our minds and bodies are integrated with one another and if one is struggling, so does the other.

Lymphatic = Somatic
Just move your body!
These are Chinese medicine inspired.
I like to use this as a workout warm up or cool down and I go in any order that my body wants to move in!
Remember to move at your own pace.
Try it for yourself & repeat 2-3x

You are capable.
You are reliable.
You are the one who holds it all together.
And your body is tired.

The Gentle Return
A Nervous System Regulation Workshop
Somatic Movement • Hypnosis • Reiki

Saturday, April 11 | 10:00–12:00 PM
Sacred Soul Collective, Middleton, MA

The Gentle Return is a 2-hour nervous system regulation workshop for high-capacity women — business owners, caregivers, and leaders who are always “on” and rarely get to fully rest.
This space is for women who hold a lot, feel deeply tired, and notice their bodies won’t fully let go — even when life looks fine.
Through somatic movement, hypnosis, and reiki, you’ll be guided into an experience of safety, support, and non-effortful rest.
This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about letting the body experience being supported.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, less braced, and resourced — not depleted.
No experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

Early Bird pricing ends 3/22/2026, so register now at the link in the comments!

I returned today to the woods
I returned today to the quiet
I returned today to myself

Permission to rest is needed sometimes for high capacity women. The ones who lead, the caregivers, the ones who hold it all together.

Permission granted ✨️

What does rest look like for you today?

For me? Its reading between clients. Not doing, doing, doing. BUT holding space for myself in the midst of holding space for others.

🌳💰💯

Its not about doing more..
Its about creating safety in your body
Reconnecting to yourself
Aligning with your true essence

Clenching, holding, tightening—these are nervous system responses, not bad habits.

Regulation starts with recognition.

This week in the Regulation Room, we’re tuning into where the body is holding
and learning how to meet it with safety, not force.

Softening begins with noticing
