Working with the Medicine Wheel: A Tree essence Journey

Join Kelley Annese and Sue Angelo to honor the Winter season
through the lense of Native American Shamanism and the ceremonial creation of the Medicine Wheel.

The Medicine Wheel is a healing tool for self, community and the greater physical world around us. A reminder that life is a series of cycles and circles, and we are all connected to each other and to the great Mother Earth.

Together we will honor the the North direction and learn about the animals, plants and minerals associated with the winter season according to earth astrology.

In our time together, we will use a flower essence associated with Kabibonokka, the spirit keeper of the North. This essence with guide our journey into ourselves and discover what the great mother has to share with us. (Please note that this is a flower essence journey, not a plant medicine journey)

* You will receive your own flower essence to take home
* As an added bonus, you will learn your own personal spirit keeper according to Native American earth astrology.

There will be time for journaling and reflection.

As we wrap up the last reiki clinic of the year, it felt fitting to pose with elf hats on, as these ladies have worked selflessly to serve the community every month.

They have been a blessing and a miracle for so many this year! A special thanks to all these ladies (and many more who are not in this picture) for giving from their hearts and souls every month at the Wild Rose Reiki Clinic!

It is a priveledge to be able to offer these discounted healing services to the community and to see how much it helps people and see how much we have grown.

Our practitioners have been supporting people through so much over the years at these clinics, when at times some of them were experiencing their own personal challenges. They are an inspiration!

Energy work, when done correctly is beneficial for both the practitioner and client. It is a win win, when everyone leaves feeling better then when they arrived.

We are feeling so blessed for the opportunity to continue to serve the North Shore community and look forward to the beauty and magic that is to come!

December is a time to rest and reflect.
With compassion and love for our own unique process, we can embrace the darkness and honor what is real in this time of transition.
A time to grieve, celebrate, and shed the debris from another year, keeping only what will serve us going forward.
A mantra for December:

"You have done enough
You have enough
You are enough"

Now rest.
