What’s new since the last time I posted on Facebook? As many of you know I’ve been involved in martial arts since I was 14 years old. In July 2022, at the ripe age of 53, I finally earned my black belt in Karate. I want to give a big thank you to my instructor Larry Leavitt. Larry was one of the most dedicated coaches to his students that I’ve ever worked with. He truly loves the art and he is not about the money. Great experience!

Happy new year everyone! May you have a happy and healthy new year for you all your family and friends. This is a picture of Kaylee and I which ended up on the front page of the Salem News. We participated in the seventh annual "Freeze Your T**h Off" ocean plunge. It's organized by Becky Christie who is a friend of mine and many of her fantastic volunteers. all the proceeds go to the Salem food pantry. My seven-year-old daughter Kaylee went in up to her knees and I am very proud of her! I want to thank all the people who supported my business this past year. This is been a great year for me and my business. Things have really come together. I have many wonderful customers to thank for that. I also have had several people who have helped me with my business. I want to especially thank Charlene St. Jean of the Purple Diamond marketing company. She is been a great help in assisting me to market my business more professionally. I'm looking forward to this year. I hope to continue my passion to help people accomplish their fitness goals. Happy new year!
