Thursday is glamours and core. I’ve been working hard to gain muscle through progressive loading and protein forward food choices. Upgraded our home gym and have been consistent for over a month now. Game changer for keeping body chemistry balanced with age.

My heart 💜 is full after hosting the first Well-NEST community gathering! This is a completely new format for Me Time Healing, and I can honesty say, it felt like a full circle moment as well as a catalyst to the next level, as I enter year 16 in my wellness practice. This monthly event pulls together all of the philosophies and modalities that make Me Time Healing a safe space.

As you know, I’ve introduced a new wellness community to the practice. It will be a once monthly meeting to learn ways to move, breath, create and nurture ourselves and one another in a fast moving volatile world. We will have open safe discussions, share ideas, healthy nourishing recipes, and practices that encourage personal development and self care. COMING THIS SPRING: Reiki training for 7-14yo. Very excited to have received the training and teaching manuals for a fun, engaging, and hands on Reiki workshop for kids. This training will help children understand their own emotions and how/where they land in their bodies, while teaching them how to set safe and healthy boundaries for their physical, mental and emotional health. ’s School of Reiki Healing, graduated another Level 1 class today! Just wrapped a Private Reiki 1 attunement class via Zoom for South Shore students. Leveling up energetic vibration and bringing more healers into their power is what we need right now! Beings of love and light: ACTIVATE

Energy healing class days are all about sovereignty

Up by 6. Workout complete by 7. Chakra balancing Yoga, shower, pre teaching/master meditation complete by 8:30 to begin class on time from the home studio (the bonus of zoom classes).
