Welcome to CHC Gets Moving! A year ago, I had never completed a 5K. Participating was outside my comfort zone. I always thought it would be too hard to complete, but Kelsey changed my mindset when she convinced me to participate in the Muddy Princess. Since then, I have participated in 2 other 5Ks and have signed up for 2 more. Notice, I didn't say run! I walk and walk and walk some more. It is so much easier when participating with other people!
