12 Weeks. No Sugar. 💪🏾✨
I can’t believe it’s been 12 weeks with no added sugar! The transformation has been more than physical — it’s been mental, emotional, and spiritual. I’ve gone from a size 10 to a 6/8 in jeans, medium shirts (and even most smalls in my workout clothes!). My skin is glowing, my mood is steady, and I feel empowered in ways I can’t even explain.
This photo means a lot — I’m wearing size 4 pants (they run a little big), but they were gifted to me by Bre from mother Pat, who’s in heaven watching and holding me accountable. 💖
This journey hasn’t been about perfection — it’s been about progress, purpose, and self-love. Major milestone unlocked! ✨✨
Everyone’s journey looks different — there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health. But I’ve learned that good nutrition, consistency, and movement really do make a difference. When you fuel your body with real food and treat it with care, it will reward you!
