Are you an all-or-nothing type of person or do you give yourself grace for f*** up every now and then?
If you’ve ever been on a health journey and have been able to maintain/keep your results long-term, then you know that perfection doesn’t exist. You’re going to give in to chocolate, wine, and pizza 🍕
You’re are going to miss a workout or two or maybe even three.
You are going to feel defeated, like a failure because you just are not seeing results “fast” enough.
I’ve been there. I totally get it.
Sometimes we need to experience the not-so-great things in the journey to come back stronger and with more tenacity. Also, we learn patience and grace along the way.
Remember, reaching your health goals is a marathon, not a sprint.
Forgive yourself, let f**** ups go, and have fun with your journey.
