Commonwealth Home Health Care has been serving the home medical equipment needs of customers since 1984.

As one of the area's largest retail suppliers of nursing uniforms and home health products and services, we provide superior customer service and top quality, state-of-the-art products from nursing uniforms and scrubs to medical equipment and supplies. We take extra care in making sure that we fulfill the needs of each and every one of our customers. Customer Service Representatives and Billing As...sociates are available to answer your questions regarding any piece of medical equipment you may need and will work with your doctor and insurance company to see if it is covered and what needs to be done to insure that coverage. Our expert staff takes the time to give each of our customers the personal attention he or she deserves and they are trained to find the right products for each individual. From a special pair of scrubs to a power wheelchair, our goal is to see that your needs are met and that YOU are a satisfied customer.

As we celebrate the joy of Christmas, all of us at Commonwealth Home Health Care want to extend our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. This season reminds us how meaningful it is to care for one another, and we are truly honored to walk alongside our patients, families, and community each day.

To allow our dedicated team time to rest and be present with their families, our holiday hours are:
• Christmas Eve: Closing at 12:00 PM
• Christmas Day: Closed
• Reopening: December 26th at 8:00 AM
