Swanson Family Practice is an independent, community-focused primary care office, and we’re excited to announce that we’re growing! We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for primary care. The right candidate will be approachable, kind, and committed to promoting the health and well-being of our patients and community.

• Option 1: Four 8–5 clinical days plus one administrative day

We are so excited to have the opportunity to become more active in the Vermilion County area! This week we were able to set up at the Oakwood Middle School and be a resource for their sports physicals. We will be back Monday Aug. 9th from 8-noon during their enrollment hours!

We are taking new patients of ALL ages at our clinic. We offer school/sports physicals, occupation physicals, women’s health, DOT clearance, Covid-19 testing, and all primary care needs. We are in network with most healthcare insurances.
