Honoring those who have given their lives for our freedom this Memorial Day 🇺🇸
I was raised to appreciate & love this country… MY country 🇺🇸 I get to live a life free of war & violence and I get to live in a clean and safe neighborhood. Trust me, I thank God for that everyday. I never take that for granted. In the United States, no matter where you fall, you are still living better than you would be in a third world country.
WE get to live this safe & free life because of those who have served in our Armed Forces. Everyday I get to walk around Danville appreciating this charmed life, I owe it to those that have died protecting this land 🇺🇸
The point of today is to remind us that even if we have disagreements on certain topics, we have the freedom to discuss and come to a consensus and have free and open elections and use all of the tools given to us by our forefathers because of all of those who have died defending this right for us ✍🏽
Being an American 🇺🇸 means different things to different people. Today let us remember that we get to be Americans because of those who have died to preserve The United States of America 🇺🇸
