Here at Let it Go we care deeply about the health and well-being of every client we serve. Please be aware that if you need to cancel an appointment due to illness, we kindly ask that you wait at least 7 days after all symptoms have completely resolved before rescheduling.

For more contagious or severe illnesses (such as fever, stomach illness, flu, or COVID), a 10–14 day waiting period may be required.
