I believe in full transparency. This is what I’m dealing with. No concrete answers, no timeframes, no response. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do, I’m at the “mercy” of this company to get someone out to repair what should have been repaired weeks ago. As of right now, Cryo is off incase a technician shows up.

Saturday 9/20 and Sunday 9/21 we will run Cryo only between 12-3pm. Hopefully this will allow sessions to run but not overdo it before a technician comes.

🚨 Unfortunately, I have had to shut Cryo down for today due to a component overheating. I have been assured a technician will be out Monday and we will attempt to run sessions over the weekend, but we may not be able to but I might try to have modified operational times to prevent this from happening. I will keep everyone updated. Again, I am so sorry with the interrupted service this past month but I am trying to do everything I can on my end.

Cryo Update: I want to deeply apologize to my Cryo clients for the long and ridiculous down time we have had to deal with. I have actively been emailing and calling CryoBuilt and not getting any definite answers. This has been by far the most difficult “customer service” to deal with and something that company needs to majorly work on. But I promise, even on vacation, I am continuing to contact them to get our unit back up and running and reaching out to everyone I can. I am grateful everyone has been patient and understanding so far, even though we shouldn’t be! -Lindsey
