Camilla, you don’t just run PALF — you pour your heart into it. You’ve built more than a workplace; you’ve created a family. You fight for the people others forget, care for those the world overlooks, and somehow still find the patience and grace to guide all of us through the hardest days.

We see how much you give — the late nights, the tough decisions, the quiet sacrifices no one talks about. You carry so much on your shoulders, yet you still manage to lift everyone around you.
