We were honored to help create a special experience for Kimmie Mingle, our 2016 Miracle Kid, at Bucknell University. 💙

Alongside Bucknell women’s soccer student-athlete Leah Delaurentiis, we welcomed Kimmie and her Danville Middle School soccer team for a behind-the-scenes tour and time on the field with Bison players.

Born weighing just 2 pounds, Kimmie spent the first 100 days of her life at Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital and underwent 30 surgeries before the age of 3. Today, she’s a healthy, thriving soon-to-be 14-year-old and an ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network.

Thank you so much to Bucknell and Lehigh baseball teams for creating such a fun and memorable experience for Miracle Martin and his family on Sunday! Martin had the opportunity to warm up with the team and run the bases, featuring his original nominating doctor - Dr. Richard Lambert, during a special mid-inning ceremony. Extra special thank you to Bucknell pitcher, Jonathan Adelmann, who took time to chat with Martin and his family about baseball and welcome them to the team! ✨

Welcome to Danville, Wawa! ✨🪿

Today we welcomed one of our incredible Children's Miracle Network national partners into our community and we couldn’t be more excited! 🥳 In addition to supporting Geisinger Janet Weis Children’s Hospital through their point of sale campaign, Wawa donated some of their signature soft pretzels to our pediatric inpatients to celebrate the grand opening! 🥨
