We now carry Janie’s Mill flours! We have a combination of ancient, heirloom, and modern flours. We would like to introduce ancient varieties of wheat, such as einkorn, black emmer, and spelt, heirloom varieties, such as durum and red fife.
We also carry and all purpose an artisan blend. All flours are organic and farmed locally. Thank you Janie’s Mill!
