We will be open on Wednesday, 11/26/2025 until our usual closing time of 6pm. We will be closed all day on Thanksgiving Day, 11/27/2025, and will reopen again for regular service hours on Friday, 11/28/2025.

November 1st we celebrated our 48th anniversary! Wow! A small business helping those with their health needs for 48 years!

Maitake, known colloquially as hen of the woods, has a rich meaty flavor akin to steak. Try it sautéed as a side dish or top a steak or some chicken with them. They make a mean mushroom gravy! Limited supply so hurry in!

Chicken of the woods mushrooms have a delicious meaty flavor and texture that are reminiscent of chicken, hence the name. Fry them up with a little butter and seasoning and enjoy a unique treat for mushroom lovers. Very limited supply! Text 447-792-8304 if you’d like to reserve some.

We just received an amazing order of Herbs from Crete, Greece. We ordered teas, rare herbs only grown on the mountainside of Crete, cooking herbs, and herbs used medicinally.
We have in stock rare Mountain Tea herbs used by the ancient Greeks and Romans before battle (helps with stamina), Cretan Rockrose (antimicrobial), Dittany of Crete which is a traditional cooking spice. (It’s in the same family as oregano), plus more rare herbs! Pictures of Botano in Crete below!
