As the branches filled, the room did too — with laughter, conversation, and such genuine gratitude. It’s a beautiful reminder of how many blessings surround us every day, especially when we share them together. 🧡🌿

Today, we had the honor of celebrating Veterans Day with our residents here at The Lantern at Morning Pointe. ❤️🤍💙 Heritage Hospice joined us to recognize and thank the brave men and women who served our country, including our very own Bob and Tom. Their stories, courage, and dedication continue to inspire us each day.

We are so grateful for the time shared, the memories honored, and the reminder of what true service looks like. 🇺🇸

Across our communities, Thankful Trees are filling with handwritten notes of appreciation — each one a glimpse into what matters most to our residents, families, associates, and volunteers. 🍁✨
