Meet Our Team!
Buddy Gosey has spent the last decade helping church leaders cultivate disciple making cultures, develop leaders, and plant churches. After becoming a father, he developed a passion to help keep ministries safe and on mission.

Spending years as a pastor and leadership coach has led Buddy to understand the various challenges that ministries face. He now uses that knowledge to help serve and equip ministry leaders with different safety solutions.

When Buddy isn't working, he loves spending time with his wife and children or time alone outdoors.

Meet Our Team!

Don Keehner comes to MinistryDefender Solutions with over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience. From lead pastor to church planter to discipleship pastor at one of the largest churches in America, these experiences make him a great fit for Ministry Defender as the VP of Ministry Defender Solutions.

As VP of Ministry Defender, Don will combine his love for ministry and nonprofits with the excellent resources and solutions Ministry Defender offers, to form a partnership that allows churches, ministries and nonprofits to stay on mission.

Don has been married to his high-school sweetheart, Kelly, for over 30 years. Blessed with four children and two grandchildren. In his free time, Don enjoys hiking, exercising, and encouraging his family and friends in their faith journey.

We are very thankful for Don's leadership and love of others.
