Wise Wellness Wednesday: How to Practice Wellness While Dating
Dating can be exciting. 💘 However it should never cost you your peace. Wellness in dating isn’t about being the perfect person, it’s about being present, clear, and grounded in who you are.
Here’s how to center wellness while you explore connection:

Check in with you before checking in with them.
→ Am I dating because I’m ready, or because I’m lonely, bored, or avoiding healing?
