LEVELED UP with today! Thought it was post-worthy! 🤩 I loved teaching a room full of dancers and let me just say, these girls came to WORK!!!💥❤️‍🔥

We had so much fun sweating it out together for ’s birthday! Katelyn, you will always hold such a special place in my heart 💖 You were one of my very first Pommies to Coach and I have watched you chase your dreams and accomplish so much in your life! I’m so proud of you and will always be here cheering you on 🥹 Today was a full circle moment for both of us and I loved every minute 🥰👯‍♀️✨

Halloween Festivities have been in full swing for this Fembot & Austin Powers ✌️🩷 ☮️ My beloved friends and host such spooktacular Halloween parties that I look forward to each year! So much FUN to dress up and see everyone’s costumes! Yeah, baby! Halloween is for us adults too 😜 Keith was in full character, teeth and all, so he wins best sport/husband award for sure! 🥇

Happy Birthday to my Mom! I feel so unbelievably blessed that she is alive, well, and lives right here close to us! One of my life’s greatest gifts is the close relationship we share. I genuinely love being with my mom and I cherish, protect and prioritize our time together- always have and always will. I hope that my mom and I are continual examples for my girls that the bond between a mother and daughter is so incredibly special no matter what age you are 💖 I love you, Mom! Cheers to you and many more years of celebrating 🥂

It’s no secret that I am a huge fan of Late Night Bakes]! Ever since meeting Ella years ago, I have supported her small business by telling everyone I know about her and her amazing products. I used to devour her almond butter but after discovering that I had an almond sensitivity during my SIBO journey to healing, I asked if she could make me the same recipe but with cashews instead (and a little extra sea salt 🧂😉). I loved it so much that I placed a custom order to gift a jar to all of my LEVEL UP Clients for the holidays. The response to the LEVEL UP butter was insane and my community was begging for more! I am so excited for this collaboration with Ella and for more people to learn about Late Night Bakes!

These beautiful friends whisked me away to celebrate my birthday one more time and it was just what I needed. This was the perfect getaway to end Winter Break! We laughed so much we cried, we ate amazing food, drank way too much champagne and danced in the rain! I cherish my time with these women and all of the fun we have together. Thank you for always making me feel so special and loved! 🥂💝
