For the month of December I have added two extra classes of Self Care Yoga. Slowing down, taking some time for ourselves and taking in the beauty of the season is so important for our physical health as well as our mental health.

This is a gentle yoga class with no prior yoga experience needed. Come join us. I would love to see you on the mat.
Bring a yoga mat ( I also have plenty to borrow) and water.
