Brian Welsch, a beloved husband, father, coach, and everyone's friend, left us suddenly on Friday, February 6, 2026. He was 63 years old.

Brian leaves behind a huge family, including Godchildren, more friends than one can count, and thousands of youth he has coached over the years.

While he may be gone, his legacy will live on in everyone whose life he has touched.

Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers over the weeks to come as they learn to live without his daily presence. May God look over them and comfort them.

Amy Thompson, 64 of Hoopeston, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the VA Illiana Medical Center.
