Just a quick update for our patients: we transitioned to a new software system starting June 2 of this year. The preparation for this transition began in January of this year with every intention of making the transition as smooth as possible for patients and staff alike. The transition is underway and we are moving all patient information from one system to the other as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, this has slowed us down to some degree in certain areas, specifically wait times and callbacks with lab results. Ultimately the new system will rely heavily on patient portal messaging for lab results, appointments, and concerns as we are trying to avoid the telephone system, which has been a nightmare for both staff and patients alike for many years. This new system should eliminate that issue and make Your access to healthcare significantly more transparent and user-friendly. Thank you for your patience as we work to make our services more user-friendly, and transparent!
