Zack recently joined us as a DSP in one of our residential homes and also works 1 on 1 with one of our MPW participants.
he has already been the perfect addition to our team!

He attended college in New York and Nebraska, & will soon become an elementary school teacher!
when he’s off the clock you’ll usually find him playing basketball, or out on a hike enjoying a nice day.
He’s been working in this field for about six years and truly enjoys making a difference in the lives of others!

Fun fact: he practices meditation daily. 🧘🏽‍♂️
Maybe that’s why he’s the calm and collected one compared to the rest of us! 🤪

✨ JOIN OUR TEAM ✨
we are HIRING
job title : direct support professional (DSP)

full time & part time positions available
4pm - 9pm shifts
9pm - 9am shifts
daytime hours on weekends!

we provide care for individuals with intellectual disabilities, in the comfort of their home. we currently have three residential homes, MPW clients & an adult day training center.
you will be trained in CPR, first aid & medication administration.

In the home, you will be responsible for (but not limited to)
• medication administration
• transportation of participants
• outings
• assist with laundry and keeping the homes clean & clutter free
• assistance with any personal care tasks needed by the participant
• following each individuals care plan
• cooking meals
• ensuring the health, safety and welfare of participants
• & more

to be a DSP you :
• must be at least 18 years old & have a high school diploma or GED
• must have a valid drivers license & insurance

• meet all personnel and training requirements including

- TB skin test
- background check
- negative drug screening
- caregiver misconduct registry check
- nurse aide abuse registry check
- central registry check
- does not have a prior felony conviction or diversion program that has not been completed
- does not have a drug related conviction, felony plea bargain, or amended plea bargain conviction within the last five years
