ProFormance Pilates is a brand new, beautiful, spacious Pilates studio located in The Danville Livery in Danville, California. We specialize in Pilates reformer classes, and also offer Pilates mat, TRX, and Spin classes. Our studio offers approximately 50 classes per week, beginning as early as 6am and starting as late as 7pm. Our classes range in ability level and include Introductory Classes, All Levels classes, and Intermediate/Advanced classes. Our equipment includes the fantastic Allegro II reformers from Balanced Body, along with the Allegro II Tower units for Private Training, as well as the Keiser M3 Plus Spin bikes.

How does Cryoskin 🧊 work? Let’s get technical 🤓

☑️ The treatment runs for 28 minutes

☑️ Uses a three-phase process of warming, freezing, and warming to initiate apoptosis (fat cell death)

☑️These destroyed fat cells are processed by the lymphatic system (sweat & urine)
