As a first time mom, I had no idea what I'd need! It resulted in a LOT of trips to the store (we were too broke to have it delivered back then 😅).

Whenever we bring treats to a holiday party, I always make sure it's treats I'd want my own kids to have.

For Valentine's Day this year we packed:
-Lesser Evil Strawberry White Chocolate popcorn (from Aldi)

Ever since I've had my daughter back in 2022, I've struggled with a hand rash off and on.

I'd heal it and it'd be back within a year.

When I got pregnant with my son in 2024, it came back in full force and I haven't gotten rid of it since.

I'm now working with a functional practitioner that's helping me heal my rash and it's working! My rash is due to a severe bacterial overgrowth in my gut and very poor immune response. I'll write more about this later.

Anywho, this is what is giving me relief from the dryness and itchiness while I'm still battling my rash.

There’s so much noise about how motherhood “should” look.

For me, this season looks like:
• co-sleeping
• nursing through the night
• responding when he needs me

I don’t believe comfort spoils babies.
I believe it builds trust.
I don't believe we should put babies on our adult timelines.
They're biologically programmed to need and want us.
I’m trusting the design of connection.
And I’m trusting that independence grows from security.
