My new meditation I put in the center of the house and when I walk by it, I stop and play it for a moment. At 33, my friend gave me a flute he made and I fiddled 🎻 with it and finally lost the care about being good or embarrassing myself and just played. What great breathwork a flute is, and meditation. 🧘♀️
I started drumming and singing, bought a harmonium and have slowly been building a collection and trying out new things. Welcome, hollow/ tongue drum, to the family.

We offer Yoga & Massage and are located on State Hwy 181 just north of Gayfer Rd. Special offerings include Yoga in Chairs, Thai Yoga Massage, Free Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, Dance, Hulahoop, & Nutrition Classes, $5 or $10 Donation Yoga, Outdoor & Charity Yoga and more.
No preregistration required for weekly classes and all classes are beginner friendly. Feel free to call to see which public offering suits you best or go to class tell to your instructor any concerns or requests you have. Some preregistration may be required for workshops or special events outside of weekly classes and are not included in class packages.

5 class Pack: $55 (30 day expiration)
10 Class Pack: $99 (60 day expiration)
15 Class Pack: $135 (60 day expiration)
Monthly Unlimited Weekly Class Pkg: $99 (1-month exp.) or $269 (3 month expiration)
