After spending 30 years in the restaurant business, I decided to take a leap of faith into a new career. I have always been intrigued by the way that the body can heal itself. I offer multiple modalities ranging from Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Cupping Therapies to help you achieve the performance results you would like or to help reduce your pain levels. I work alongside another amazing Licensed Massage Therapist and two fantastic chiropractors. Together we can help you get the results you are looking for!
