Our Fix it Friday monthly series is here! One Friday of every month we'll connect you with local health professionals for brief screenings to help you perform your best.

Friday, October 6th in Darien, you can book a FREE 15-minute, 1:1 consultation with Kiera Klaum, DPT of Performance Optimal Health. A runner herself, Kiera focuses on orthopedic physical therapy.

Consults will be held at Darien Running Company from 11:00-1:00.

Our LAST Waveny Wednesday of the summer is tonight - time flies when you’re having fun!

Join us for a free running workout at New Canaan's Waveny Park with RADAR. We'll meet at the Waveny House Parking Lot at 6:30pm to warmup and run together. All levels are welcome, workout is scalable to your pace.
