Darien Pilates is hosting a January Pilates Challenge to kick off your wellness goals for the new year.

From Monday, January 12 through February 12, take as many Pilates classes and private or duet sessions as you’d like. The client who completes the most total sessions (classes + private/duet sessions combined) will win one free private session.
