Back pain affects every age.

One of my younger patients shared that when he drops something on the ground, he dreads having to pick it up. He’d rather kick it to where he can lean on something to support his weight and not rely on his back.

Learning how to squat and bend properly showed him it doesn’t have to hurt to get to the ground.
