We strive to create a friendly and safe environment where people of all backgrounds can come together to train this martial art, learn and to grow. Jiu Jitsu has something for everyone. Our main objective is to enrich the lives of many through the mastery of the art.
The Wim Hof method cold plunge is a practice of intentionally exposing the body to cold water, typically after using his signature breathing techniques to prepare the body. The method is thought to involve oxygenating the body and altering the body’s alkalinity to help reduce pain receptors before entering the cold.

✨Danielle Levsky – The Sacred Fool: Reclaiming Your Inner Child AND The Fool’s Yoga✨
Journey into the heart of vulnerability through clown techniques and inner child healing. We’ll strip away social masks with trust exercises and clown principles, revealing your authentic emotional landscape. Through partner work, physical theater games, we will embrace beautiful failure and deep feeling to reconnect with your authentic self.
Danielle Levsky is a q***r transdisciplinary theater artist whose creative practice focuses on clown and physical theatre, writing, cabaret production, and movement education. Originally from Chicago, she is currently based in West Philly. As the child of Soviet Jewish refugees, issues of diaspora, tradition, resilience, and humor have deeply shaped Danielle’s work. She is a certified clown teacher through The Clown School in Los Angeles and holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Flow certification. Danielle has performed original productions at venues including Lincoln Center, Diversionary Theater, Studio 34, Fringe Arts, Prop Thtr, and more, and teaches workshops that marry spirituality with play, enabling participants to embrace failure as a pathway to growth.

✨Luke (Lux) Bonecutter – Tarot & Astrology AND Queering the Tarot✨
Tarot & Astrology: Beginner and advanced mystics are welcome to join this engaging conversation and experience a perfect synthesis of two arcane arts. Key learning points include: star chart reading basics, the planets and their corresponding signs and mythological associations, how astrology and Tarot are historically interwoven, common significations, the difference between fixed and aleatory divination systems, sigil spreads, and decanates.
Queering the Tarot: This container will provide a gender-focused approach to reverse engineering Tarot symbology. We’ll highlight the Major Arcana and the court cards to explore, identify, and redefine the expressions of energy in ourselves and the world around us.
Luke (Lux) Bonecutter (they/she/he) is a diviner and spiritual counselor based on Tonkawa and Coahuiltecan land in San Antonio, TX. On the loom of their life experiences, Luke centers marginalized voices (e.g. women, LGBTQIA*, BIPOC) and seamlessly integrates Tarot, astrology, leftism, Queerness, and Goddess-focused spiritual practice.

✨Lauren Hunter-Mayer – Science and Magic✨
Strengthen your connection with your craft through discovering the intersections between science and magic. No science experience necessary! In this class we will discuss how magic and science have been portrayed throughout history and the cultural significance of that historical footprint. Then we’ll dive into some real world examples of science and magic, how it might work into your practice, and connect with the energies within our bodies.
Lauren is an informal STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) educator specializing in after school learning opportunities. She is passionate about equity in STEM, specifically surrounding the cultivation of equitable spaces for girls, gender nonconforming youth, and youth of color to feel empowered in their STEM experience. Lauren has also been a practicing Pagan for the past 8 years. Her practice includes reading runes, creating magical spaces, and herbal remedies.

✨Cole Hooley – Resilient by Nature✨
Resilient by Nature is an experiential, holistic mental health workshop exploring how disconnection from our biological needs—such as movement, sunlight, hydration, and access to nature—can impact both mind and body. Through somatic practices, mindfulness, and ecotherapy-informed tools, participants will learn body-first strategies to support nervous system balance and emotional well-being. This class blends science, embodiment, and nature connection to help us meet our physiological needs and build resilience within the often overwhelming conditions of modern life.
Cole Hooley, MSEd (she/they) is a holistic mental health counselor and educator integrating mindfulness, ecotherapy, and somatic practices to support nervous system restoration and connection to the Earth. With a background in philosophy, yoga, and Reiki, Cole’s work bridges modern mental health with ancient ways of knowing. Through Middle Path Wellness, she offers nature-based workshops, therapeutic walks, virtual counseling, weekly yoga classes, and seasonal group experiences that help people come into deeper relationship with their bodies, regulate with nature, and build resilience in an increasingly overstimulating world.

Anahata’s Purpose is a four day wellness retreat that takes place on the beautiful grounds of Camp Oak Hill in Nottingham PA.
The retreat has a beautiful meaning and the grounds a rich history. The word Anahata is the sanskrit name for your Heart Chakra. What we offer is a 4 day journey to explore and discover things to ignite your hearts purpose and unlock its power.
Over 80 different classes, workshops and activities are planned across this 4-day retreat including yoga, plant medicine workshops, live music, learning about our ancestors, drum circles, hands-on art workshops, inspiring talks, ayurveda teachings, ceremonies, astrology classes, tarot classes, chakra lessons, breathwork classes, herbalism, crystal classes, reiki, small business development and much more…
This four day experience is set up to "make your own retreat". All classes and entertainment are included in the purchase of your ticket. It is completely your choice what workshops you attend. Classes are offered numerous times over the four days to help you attend as many as possible.
