Currently we have been told that an integral part of Microsoft called Microsoft Azure is down and is interfering with processing prescriptions through insurance, ordering medications, and possibly receiving medications order electronically. Our IT management service has informed us that it is a global issue and we just have to wait it out. Our phones are still working and we can take requests and run things under a cash price or have it in queue in hopes this clears up.
