If you take anything from this post let it be that food is one of the most important sources of chi (life-force energy). There are two ways we take in chi. One is the food we eat and the other is the air we breathe. The quality of the food you eat determines the quality of the chi you’re taking in. Processed foods contain very low amounts of chi. Incorporating fresh, whole foods into your diet will significantly increase your vibrational rate, and improve your overall wellness.
