Today Tuesday 17th there's an annular Solar Eclipse starting at 9.56am, peaking at 12.12pm & finishing at 2.27pm Irish time. This is when the Moon passes between the Earth & the Sun but is too far away to cover the whole circumference so there's a glorious halo effect of bright sunlight called a 'ring of fire'. We won't be able to see this Eclipse, only Antarctica & some south sea islands but if you are energy sensitive like me, you are probably feeling this already. A nervous excitement, synchronisation, things completing or beginning. How is this phenomenon for you?

An auspicious time as today is the beginning of the 'Lunar New Year' & the Chinese 'Year of the Fire Horse's 🔥 🐎 🙏

Note what you are doing at this time, especially 12.12pm which seems like an interesting number.

177 New Reiki clients in under 3 years of offering energy healing as an addition to SOTE’s headspa experiences 😶‍🌫️

I just saw this number while updating intake forms and the impact of this is really hitting me. I've had a lot happen in my life during the past few years (to put it lightly) so I haven't been able to launch projects, or even market properly, like I used to.

I'm shocked & humbled that I've been able to work with that many people in this capacity without even realizing it.

For most, it was their first time experiencing Reiki. Like trying a new stylist or navigating hair loss, this can be a vulnerable moment.

Idk what I'm rambling about at this point. I just want to say that my heart is filled with gratitude in realizing that I've been able to at least grow as an energy healing practitioner.

Every session is different, and many have reflected my personal journey.

Thank you for being vulnerable with me both with your hair & your energy. 💘

Hangout with me on my birthday 🎉 The first of bi-weekly meditation circles held at HeartLight Studio located in Dartmouth, MA.

My intention is for this to be a flexible evening of decompression, connection, and creativity. If you don't like to journal—bring a non-messy craft, project, or altar piece to charge with intention.

In the future this may be a donation-based event, but for now I just want to create the space to set good intentions for the week.
