It is the patient's responsibility to know their policy. We do not have the resources to research this for patients at the time of their appointments. Find your benefit book or request a new one. If you do call your insurance carrier, get the reference # for that phone call. That reference number ensures that your insurance must stand by any information you were given during that phone call.

Our Story

Rena Jacobson, Au.D., CCC-A Doctor of Audiology Dr. Jacobson brings a wealth of experience to her patients. Before opening up her own practice, she served as the Director of Audiology for a multi-office ophthalmology and hearing services practice for 12 years, as well as eight years as a clinical audiologist for ENT physicians. Dr. Jacobson attended The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology, where she received her doctorate in audiology. Dr. Jacobson is proud to be a fellow of The American Academy of Audiology, and a certified member of The American Speech and Hearing Association. Dr. Jacobson is eager to provide her patients and their families with the highest quality of hearing health care available. Dr. Jacobson pays exceptional attention to her patients’ unique amplification needs and cosmetic concerns. Everything she does is designed around her patients need for individual care. When not seeing patients, Dr. Jacobson is busy giving back to her community. She is on the board of directors of the Lions District 33s Hearing Foundation, a member of the Somerset Lions Club and a volunteer with the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts.
