Get out for a walk, get some sunshine for vitamin D, eat "real" food, avoid stress, and strive for 7 to 9 hours of sleep/night. You get one life, live it mindfully, joyfully

The research may help explain why people who are overweight and obese have been at higher risk of severe illness and death from Covid.
