We are pleased to announce Danita Harrison DNP, CDE has joined the Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation team with Shawna Dusky N.P. in Davenport. Danita is now accepting new patients at the new Davenport location, please call 563-324-9177 to schedule or refer patients.
Danita Harrison DNP brings over 21 years of endocrinology experience to our clinic specializing in diabetes care for the Quad Cities region. She recognizes diabetes care can be difficult to manage and works hard to provide a team approach to healthcare.
Her experience includes managing insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, glucose monitoring, insulin management as well as implementing current ADA standards of diabetes care. She has specialized in the complicated patient to implement individual care for the person with diabetes.
The goal of working with MCRF is to help decrease risk of complications that many people may develop due to diabetes.
