Different positions act as medicine for your spine. The more you move during the day, the stronger and more flexible it will get. Try to get up and move around as much as you can, even if it’s just for a few minutes at a time. Maintaining the same position all day is a major contributor to back pain. If you’re extremely busy, just getting up and moving every 30 minutes or so will help, even if it’s just a couple stretches.
