🚨 TIME FOR THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1ST 🚨
Two years ago, on the dot, I cared for my first patients at BRC. Since then, it has been the biggest blessing to see lives being changed, bodies being healed, miracles happening, having had the honor to deliver first adjustments to babies just days old, as well as to grown adults. I have been there with you to celebrate so much success and BIG LIFE-CHANGING experiences— big moves, graduating, engagements, marriages, job changes, getting pregnant, HAVING babies, etc.
So much growth happened in these two years and it’s all because of YOU! Thank you for keeping your health a priority, and for sharing your healing stories with your family, coworkers and friends!
It is bittersweet, but July will be my last month at my current office location. August 1st, I (and YOU) will have a new chiropractic home at Ideal Health & Wellness. Their office is literally 0.1 miles away from my current office, so you’ll still be in the same area! Make sure to give their FB page a “Like” and “Follow”! I will eventually be extending my hours and working full time (YAY to less of a waitlist!). In addition to chiropractic care, there are providers who provide acupuncture, IV therapy, naturopathic medicine, medical care, and mental health care. Oh, and they accept insurance!
But I want to be clear, I am still at 1749 E 54th Street through the end of July. You can still keep referring your family, friends and coworkers to me as I am still accepting new patients. With these BIG and EXCITING changes, I promise to help guide you through this merging process and be here with any questions.
I’m looking forward to seeing you all in July, and continuing to care for you when I’m at the new location in August!

Meet our New Chiropractor: Dr. Ashley Campbell:
Dr. Ashley grew up in northern Wisconsin and has benefited from chiropractic care
since she was a child. Her parents took her to see a chiropractor, not for pain, but for asthma-symptom relief. After several treatments, her parents noticed that her breathing improved and she seemed more comfortable.
Dr. Ashley continued with chiropractic care to help with sports performance throughout middle and high school. In 2011, Dr. Ashley attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse to study Exercise Science and Nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree with the highest honors in May of 2015. In July of 2015, she began pursuing her dream job as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Outside of the rigorous course curriculum, Dr. Ashley took multiple techniques
elective classes, went to technique seminars and worked as an intern in Palmer’s
Radiology Department. Dr. Ashley earned her Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic, with Magna Cum Laude Honors in October of 2018. She has since had the experience of working as an Associate Doctor in two successful clinics within the Quad Cities, ran her own successful chiropractic clinic prior to merging her business with Ideal Health & Wellness, and has attended various seminars enhancing her knowledge in cranial work, pediatrics, and Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), pregnancy, and became certified in the Webster Technique. The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces nerve system stress, balances pelvic bones, muscles and ligaments, and optimizes the mother’s pelvic function during pregnancy and birth.
