Was I skeptical? YES
Did I think the drops weren’t going to work? YES
Did I stay consistent? YES
Do I feel so much better? YES
For years, I get to 155 and the scale stops! No matter what I do or how much I exercise, the scale stops! And then I get mad and start the cycle all over again! It’s been so frustrating!

On these drops, did the scales stop at 155? YES but did I stay consistent and not give up? YES
I told myself if I can only get in the 140’s, I will be happy! Well I did it!!! And I am so excited! Now let’s shoot for 145! 🤪

I'm proud of myself for taking the time as a full time working mom to prioritize my health!

Prior to the drops, I was so tired, didn't like how my clothes fit and had zero motivation, energy, or confidence!

Now 4.5 months in ...I have reached my GOAL! I am down 24 lbs which puts me back at my pre baby weight!!
