Today I am celebrating 15 years at Jersey Ridge Place… that doesn’t even feel real to say out loud.

What started as just a job turned into something I never expected. Over the years, I’ve been lucky to meet so many incredible people—coworkers, residents, and families—who have become a big part of my life. The life long relationships I’ve built here and in this community truly mean more to me than I can put into words.

Life has a way of turning you upside down sometimes , and there were times I wasn’t sure how things would turn out. Through it all, Jersey Ridge was more than just a place to work—it was steady, supportive, and always there for me and my family. I’m especially grateful for Niki and the owners who have treated me like family in ways I’ll never forget.

Feeling really thankful for the last 15 years and all the memories that came with them.

Our residents at Jersey Ridge Place came together to celebrate one of our very own!
They hosted a sweet baby shower for Katherine, one of our amazing caregivers, as she gets ready to welcome her baby boy.

There were so many smiles and laughs- just another reminder of the special bonds in our community. We are all family here.
