Our residents at Jersey Ridge Place came together to celebrate one of our very own!
They hosted a sweet baby shower for Katherine, one of our amazing caregivers, as she gets ready to welcome her baby boy.

There were so many smiles and laughs- just another reminder of the special bonds in our community. We are all family here.

Today we are celebrating Niki, our Director, on 15 incredible years at Jersey Ridge Place!

She pours her whole heart into her work. Anyone who has been in healthcare—especially for 15 years—knows this job goes far beyond a paycheck. You don’t step into this field unless you truly have a calling, and Niki lives that calling daily.

She has taught me more than I ever imagined I could learn about the senior industry, and I am so proud to have worked alongside her for the past 15 years.

Niki, thank you for your heart, your compassion, and for leading the way for all of us. We are so lucky to have you 🩷

Some of the best activities are the ones our residents create all on their own. Almost every morning after exercise class, this wonderful group gathers together to sing songs and enjoy each other’s company.
